Downloading the book's source code The ftp site listed in the book is no longer active and, as of December 2000, the Addison-Wesley web site no longer has the code. You can get it here. It is available in formats suitable for both Windows and Unix:
Note that this code was written at the time that the book was published (1994). C++ has evolved substantially since then and the book has not been updated. The code will not run unchanged on modern compilers because of changes that the ANSI standard has introduced. |
